Mission and Vision

Our Mission

Our Mission is to equip the next generation of world changers through our Christ-centered K-12 Educational Movement. Through our customized program and equipping curriculum along with our professional training of local teams, we create one of the most dynamic and innovative alternate educational programs. Our five pillars-- Honor, Obedience, Kindness, Excellence, and Courage--guide and direct us in the establishment of culture at each of our EQUIP 210 campuses.

Our Vision

Our Vision is that every child walks in his or her God-given identity as His Masterpiece doing the good works that He prepared for them long ago so that the Earth will be filled with the knowledge and glory of God as the waters fill the sea.

Our Culture

The culture we set here at Equip 210 is loving every individual as God’s masterpiece by displaying our five pillars: Honor,  Obedience,  Kindness, Excellence,  and Courage.

Our Seven Pillars

Honor

Respect everyone and love the family of believers. Fear God, and respect the king.  1 Peter 2:17

Obedience

Love the Lord your God and keep his requirements, his decrees, his laws and his commands always. Deuteronomy 11:1

Kindness

Therefore, as God’s chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience. Colossians 3:12.

Excellence

Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable---if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things. Philippians 4:8

Courage

This is my command—Be strong and courageous! Do not be afraid or discouraged. For the Lord, your God is with you wherever you go. Joshua 1:9

Love

Love is patient and kind. Love is not jealous or boastful or proud or rude. It does not demand its own way. It is not irritable, and it keeps no record of being wronged. It does not rejoice about injustice but rejoices whenever the truth wins out. Love never gives up, never loses faith, is always hopeful, and endures through every circumstance. 1 Corinthians 13: 4-7

GRACE

Each time he said, “My grace is all you need. My power works best in weakness.” So now I am glad to boast about my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ can work through me. 2 Corinthians 12:9
